So sorry to hear all the bad news, Pixie.

If you decide to go, remember that when you come back, you can visit the families, and help when others have felt they have done their part. So often, especially with the loss of a child, people begin to feel uncomfortable around the ones left behind, and don't visit as often. I'm sure people are in such a fog it's hard to remember who was there at the time of crisis, and who wasn't. But the people that stay the long run are treasured.

My condolences to all.

Polly ~ That is a lovely thought for Celeste to take with her.

Celeste ~ I'm glad you made your decision. And, I'm glad you found that link to share with us. I watched it, too, and it is very powerful. I'm almost thinking of making blue ribbons to hand out, 'cause you just never know who and how they will touch.

That was an awesome link and thank you Celeste for sharing it. Eleanor

I am so very sorry to hear of your sadness. I don't even know what to say. Two small children to grow up without their father. The loss of one so young & innocent. It is so hard to make sense of any of it. My deepest sympathies to all concerned.
Becky
