I purchased a tiny Itea Little Henry in a 4" pot and it has been in the ground for 2 weeks. It's taken off pretty quickly and has a new set of leaves already. There's a little flower growing already. I'm new to this shrub and figured it might not flower at all this year. Should I pinch off the flowers and allow the plant to gain some size or let it do what it wants?
Pinch Flowers on Itea Little Henry?
Let it do what it wants; then you will have observed all its behaviors as it matures and can make the best choices on how you want to manage it for form and display.
