CLOSED: fly on my asparagus

My husband and I just planted asparagus crowns this year, and they are coming up. I walked out there yesterday, and there are these flies on the ends of the spears that appear dead (they are a white/opaque color). Anyone know what they are? I have tried to research, and it appears there is an asparagus fly, but I can't find out much about it. I hope they have not layed eggs or something in the ends of my spears. Also, if you know what they are, what do I do for them? Thanks!
