Yes I am the froggie, fairy, bug, buterfly & dragonfly girl!!! Those pots look like they will serve the purpose and for 17 cents each-WOW!!! Thanks for the pics-looks like 1 heck of a good time!!! Next time maybe we can plan a day in advance so more of us can come and really boggle the owners mind!!LOL

I got a E every thursday in school becuz it was current event day-you had to read something from the paper in FRONT of the class-NO WAY. My teacher would say =Miss Day I will give you a A if you give your current event today and id shake my head NO!! so id get a E!
I used to have that same issue, but I was a server for several yrs. and had to speak in front of large dinner parties, so I kinda got out of it...

well connie sent me there on a mission-she wanted the pots,1000 tags and some DIRT(soil as dee calls it)
I also got me a case of peters!!! i just luved saying that yesterday!!
Its in like a butter tub-its fertilizer 15-30-15 looks like miracle grow
You add it to water-i got a case for 10.00(12 tubs) cuz its old and got wet!
But im sure it will work! :)
The plants he brought were all sold already(some ones order) so all we could do was
drool on them!!!
Dee wanted one of those strawberry planters with all the holes on the sides-she forgot to grab it!

Just the pots Stacey :o) and Dori, I never did like standing in front of ppl either, very nerve racking... We use to have to read out loud in English class and then in Math we would have to solve a problem on the black board, Oh I hated that... I was a very shy & backward person in school, unless I knew you. But now not so shy but still don't like to get up in front of ppl lol

I'll tell you I am not the kind of gal that needs to go to the store and shop for cloths or shoes however, when it comes to plants I go nuts.

No one will go shopping with me because I always end up in the plant department shopping or at least looking (forever) Dear Hubby has to put a harness on me cause I drive him nuts just looking and touching LOl

this place we go is a warehouse of sort-his main place is in capac and one of these days were going to go there too
If you want something-for your gh you call and ask for ken and then he will bring it to the warehouse
We will be going again-will have to seen when everyone can make it!!!!

How much was the froggie?? He sure is a cutie-for some reason while I tried to look at the pic @ work, it wouldn't get bigger, but here at home it deos and he looks cartoony-just what I like from my frogs & bugs!!
Dori I wish I had a big and I mean BIG tarp for my back yard I don;t think I'll be able to go back there till july what a mess I'm 4-5 inches deep in water I never thought that they would make that kind of mess just putting in a well I'm so mad I could just smack something LOL

If you decide to hit Capac anytime soon, stop in to see my greenhouse, I'm about 6 miles south of Capac. I'm open May and June. You can greenhouse tour three greenhouses right around here and if there's time I know of 4 large greenhouses a little further south all within 5 miles of each other. Some of my customers tell me that they don't go anywhere else since I opened but I tell them "Nooo" you have to greenhouse "shop" because not every greenhouse can have everthing. Ken's wife has her own greenhouse also. You might have to make it a two day trip. lol

Ken told us about his wife's greenhouse.....he builds them........but keep in mind Ken sells wholesale which is why we love to go there......

Gloria.............Have you contacted the guy who put your well in??? Did he even warn you this would happen??? maybe you can re-route that water by digger small canal.......not sure how big of a mess you have....but usually in spring if our fields are full of water, we re route it to the pond.....

Sorry I wasn't trying to make a sale, it's just that you can get all kinds of ideas from different sources and it's fun to look. And again Ken doesn't have everything (almost though) I've known him for 20 plus years.

I agree that it seems there are run of the mill things at pretty much every GH, but they all usually have some other stuff which varies from 1 to the other-you can find trasures in the most unexpected places!!

As it grows it is a wonderful reminder of a day of plant/greenhouse shopping!!
Nothing brings a smile to my face quicker than a pleasant shopping memory through seeing the little plant I bought turn into a summer beauty!!

hi guys Fairy can you just see how big that vac would have to be LOL and no Deann no one mentioned what a mess they were going to make but BIG RIG means big mess in small yard I "ll get it straitened out but man do I need a lot of dirt I keep telling my self its going to be all good in a couple of years

I have issues w/ strange mental images and I could just picture you in your yard w/ a wet/dry vac saying "come on-I need to get thigs planted", then yelling for DH to empty it every minute or so!!
