i'm not completely certain, but that looks like a worker termite to me. how big is it? this is a pic from a termite site that i recently used -- hope that helps some?

Workers are pale, it looks like a King termite.

This is a termite. Ants have 3 distinct sections, termites only have two. Termites vary in color by the region/type. Call an exterminator.
