Okay, I know this is a little off lily topic, but I just hope you all will forgive me. Just got back from the Northwest and wanted to share some green ;)
Back from the Skagit Valley
MAGS!!!! You're home!!! :) Did you have fun!! :)
It looks warm and beautiful!
I did have a very nice time, but am exhausted from running around for days and up chatting late nights. Nice to "see" you Ticker ;)
Anything interesting at B&D?
I was unable to visit due to circumstances beyond our control. I'd rather go at bloom time some year anyway ;).
Still, there was plenty to see and do and I still came home with B&D lily bulbs, so that was great.
Oh Mags, it's good to have you back. :) I'm envious of your trip!!! I can't wait to hear about it in more detail!!
welcome home!! I love the forsythia the only thing I want to do with mine is RIP it out I wonder how they did that????
Gloria
How nice! Glad you're back Mags!!
Thanks guys. It's nice to be back...now all I need is a nice long nap.
Didn't know you were gone, Mags. Sounds like you had a very nice time.
We toured the tulips when in full bloom there several yrs. ago. Have pictures that I took some where?
Would go again in a heart beat. A very welcome relief to our blah ending winters.
Maxine
It was a very short trip, but just long enough to smell the sea air and the smell and see sights of spring.
Hoping spring settles in here shortly.
Wow magnolia - beautiful pictures!!! I just happened upon your thread. Sounds like you had a very good time and got the dose of spring that you needed!
Last one. A panoramic view of the daffodil field (few pics "stitched" together).
Aelana
aelana, thank you for adding to the post. I adore tulip time there. It's the perfect setting, fields and fields of beauty. Your pictures are beautiful. Thank you for sharing them!
LOL. Tracey when I read your post I thought you said "I abhor tulip time". I need more coffee.
You do need more coffee. Aren't those tulip photos wonderful?
