I hope they do well. The I. nils were just growing too fast, so I cut the tips off all of them.
I'll let you all know what happens..lol. If I get only ONE flower out of each that will still make me happy. But, I'm hoping they fill out more, especially the Mid size platycodon types. The three or four plants that got broken stems last year while moving them gave a ton of seeds, so I'm hoping this was the reason.

Oh,me too,Gourd. I planted a couple of Indicas and turbinatas,thinking they would be slower growers.They are on the bottom shelf of a 4 tier mini greenhouse and have grown through the wire shelves.I HATE pinching them but they would get mashed every time I moved a flat on an upper tier! I am looking at those spiral trellises.Have to get them out of that greenhouse.
I was a little leary, but took the leap..lol they are almost three feet tall in three weeks.
