This is probably also a convolvulus type growing from a crevice in a wall. It made it just fine through the winter here, will flower in about two weeks has little flower buds already. Wonder what this one will do when the sun starts hitting it hard...

That might be a bindweed.. if those roots are that hardy, it is possible that is what it is. Take a photo of the flowers when it blooms and maybe someone can ID it for you.

A closeup of the leaves and other plant pats would definitely help with an ID...

looks like that stuff that grows in my lawn... could be with blue flowers... i forget the name..
