you can call the wildlife people and they will come remove them for you. Be very careful around them in case the are the Killer Bees

I bet they're killer bees - they are genetic superior to European honey bees so easily replaces them quicker - the queens are also more aggressive toward the queens of European Honey bees when taking over a hive. The exposed combs also confirms that they are honeybees and not wasps - wasps don't gather in that large amount. Killer bees (Africa bees) also are sensitive to loud noices and sudden movements.
