Springing

Summerville, SC(Zone 8a)

It's Springing in the greenhouse .. I've been getting the MG presents almost everyday now for a few weeks. Last Fall I was holding over 3 different MG's in the gh for seeds and apparently a lot dropped on the ground because in January I found bunches of MG seeds trying to germinate in the gravel. I stuck them all in a hanging basket with some suiciding petunias.

Today's was particularly fetching with the afternoon sun hitting it .. I believe its Sunrise Serenade.

The flowering bulbs are coming up now in my garden, but it is still very cold here. Nice photos, X!

Your vine is a beauty. Yes, very springy! And you obviously have the green thumb for them if you can grow them in gravel!

I have a few daffodils peaking out of the snow and some crocus in bloom. My morning glories are just a couple inches high under lights, so no real springing with them!

It's been in the upper 60's low 70's in the day here ... it's that time of year you are itching to plant out your seedlings but can't because we always get a late frost. I'm on my 4th wave of seeds in the greenhouse and will probably start the 5th wave today or tomorrow .. getting really crowded in there!
