I was sifting compost today and found this guy. It looked to me like an albino cockroach, but I figured I better ask the experts. The antennae were really long on this one.

It might be a freshly molted wood roach, they have really long antennae. Genus Parcoblatta
Oh my gosh I just searched on that and saw other photos of freshly molted roaches. Ewww! But at least I know what it is now. I can't believe I've never seen one before, but I guess there's a first time for everything!
