gotta love the tropics! I went to Oahu once. It was amazing for sure! Loved it. Paradise. We went up to North Shore. Snorkeling was my favorite thing we did.

Cottagerose, here is the shoreline I visited over the weekend. It's at our cottage near Alpena MI. Mother Nature decided to 'redo' our shoreline. Highest point of the rocks is 4ft. We will have to pay someone to push all this back in ... before Memorial Day so we can get the dock and boat hoist into the water.

I think I'd rather have been at your shoreline.

Oh my goodness!
How did that happen?
What lake is THAT on?!!
Don't think I've ever seen anything like that except for maybe on th Great Lakes.
Yaaah...I think I'd rather be back in Mexico too. ;o)

Cottage Rose, we think it was because our shoreline was just a little farther out than our neighbors, Mother Nature decided to get out shoreline IN LINE! lol
Our cottage is on one of the many Long Lakes in Michigan. Ours is just north of Alpena. The lake is about 8 miles long and one mile wide.

We went to Mexico about 8 years ago, a little scary at times ... but lots of fun.

Oh my goodness. That is a big pile of rocks. Maybe you can make a rockwall or a rock garden out of them! Or, put a sign out front and sell or give them away. Lots of folks pay for rocks like those.

Oh, no Brenda. We keep the rocks on the lake edge to stop erosion of the property. Just don't like them to be 4 ft tall. LOL
