Just thought I would share some pictures of the plants that I pulled out of the small GHs. It hit 85 today at my house, might reach 87 manana aqui en Yuma.
This is called Sweet Syrup Leaf from thailand, ver slow growing, and burns bad in the sun.
Not impressed with it at all. But I am going to make it happy, somehow, I think.

Everything is out of the GH
Awesome pics, Davie. Thanks for sharing them. You've got a great collection there. I've been doing the same thing as you and emptying the greenhouses and two are emptied and collapsed now. Although, a little voice in my head is screaming that it is still February. Oh, well. They are easier to maintain when they are out. I'll post some pics of them soon.
we have a week or two... just had a late freeze of 29* this morning... that should be the last of winter 07-08
Hetty, I swore I heard them say that as I pulled them out.
Clare I heard the same voice in my head, but the sound of the plants reacting to the sun was louder. I know i know...I'm crazy.
Diehard, I hope your'e correct, and we have seen the last of winter.
Davie
i too have heard my plants calling... almost put the pudica and one or two cuttings out... good thing i didn't!
Great pictures dbrooks! I haven't seen heard of a variegated one before. . .will have to put those on my list.
looking good there davie!
mine are all outside now except for kitty's plumeria. some of them are under the patio and some are in the gh. i am going to plunge this year and use the dynamite fertilizer. i hope i have lots of blooms! only 35 to care for now. what a relief...
nice! i'm still moving to yuma. haha! my plumeria are still just waking up. sheesh!
Dete, Most of these came out of the GH, so they had a head start.
duh! that's only the subject of your post. hmmm...i'm not all there today.
i'll be plunging and planting directly in the ground this year. and yes! all of them will either brought inside around thanksgiving (or first freeze) or left on the patio.
What a job thats going to be! I have about 30 that I will be putting in the ground as soon as I can find the time.
davie - i got my collection down to 35. it'll be easy.
texas - cold weather no fun! LOL i hope your plumies are toasty inside.
Texas, we have been really lucky and have had some great weather for the past three weeks.
Dete, I can fix that. LOL
2 days til last frost date... then they're out for good i hope
dhs...we had frost all over the pansys at work this morning...I am hoping this is the last of it but knowing mother nature she will wait two weeks and kick us one more time just for good measure...she's so mean..LOL

yeah, just to be safe, that one stays in until april or late march
I just pulled all my plants and 2 plumies outside Wednesday. We had a HUGE storm with hail last night.
same here hail wa about 2 1/4" in diameter... bigger than golf balls....and we got the weak side of the storm
