on-line purchase of bare root trees and shrubs

Milton, NH(Zone 5a)

I'm posting this in a few forums. I want to purchase on-line a few arborvitae 'Techny', and several Black chokeberry, and Arrowood Viburnum, preferably bare-root. I find wholesalers but not retailers.
Any suggestions?

Ask the wholesalers for details of retailers they supply in your area?

It would certainly be in their interest to supply this info!

You can do an online search for the NH State Nursery in Boscawen and see which of these they have that are still available. I've never bought from them, but have heard nothing but enthusiastic reviews, and its a local source for you. I don't know about the arborvitae, but I'd expect that they would have the other two.

Thanks for the info. I'm seeing how close I am to Boscawen. I have put Nature Hills in my favorites. I only found one wholesaler who listed their customers for us retail shoppers. Hmm, go figure

I just received the NH State Forestry Nursery catalog in land mail today. Boy are they quick! Thanks, terryr, I saved Musser Forest. I can't wait to start ordering and planting, just wish it would stop snowing!
