I think it's a Cassia bahamensis or close to it.

I have lots of rose of sharon coming up Should I plant them outside instead of of putting them in pots Will they grow I got to wait another week or so though as there still is snow on the ground It should go soon.I tried planting some in paper pots but die on me.
