My first wave of seeds are getting big enough to move to 4 inch clay pots. That's what I used last year for hardening off and next they go into the ground.
Question is my pots from last year have what looks like mineral deposits, should I try to do anything about that? I'm going to soak them in a little beach just in case they picked up something. I'm wondering if that's salts built up or what?
Clay pot question
yes minerals and salt build up should be removed. I use a wire brush for quick results.
