CLOSED: Virgin Islands Butterfly ID help

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7b)

I visited a butterfly farm while on a cruise to St. Maarten (St. Martin) but spent all my time taking photos and didn't get to the exhibit with the identifying names. I'm having a tough time finding a good online site with these guys and can't find them on bugguide or here ... so, I'm asking for help with these. There are quite a few ... thanks in advance for your help!

10.... Heliconius sapho, or Sapho Longwing. I think it may have had a row of white on the bottom but had worn off with age, so I think it's an H. sapho, not an H. cydno.

11 That is an Owl, Caligo, maybe sp eurilochus, not positive about the sp.

Thank you so much fly_girl!

Out of curiosity, what resource are you using with these guys in it?

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 8b)

I have books but, the most helpful are pics from web sites that show tropicals. I use Google images often and then may verify it with info sites...it's time consuming but I love the tropicals.

Sometimes you can't find the exact pose, so that is challenging. The one at #4 may not be the Common Rose, I couldn't find a pic with the red body on the back side, so you may want to dive a little deeper on that one.

Great shots though! I have so much fun at the Houston butterfly conservatory, it's filled with tropicals. I bet that cruise was a blast!
