DAILY PICS VOL. 64

Marlton, NJ

Very nice pics wallaby!

lol, indiana lily, I've had to clean my windows many times after seeing the spots on the photos I've taken through them. I love your wind-blown Cardinal!!
dragonfly, love the kitty & the bird together. I have a kitty bird-watching helper too named KC. The cardinal in the snow is sooooo pretty.
Debnes, great photos as always. The Mockingbird on the feeder is one of my favorites.
Sybil that is a great looking woodpecker. He's really big isn't he?
Nanny those hummingbird photos are fantastic!
Janet, I love seeing your offerings from across the pond :-) just beautiful birds!
GG, great snow photos. Those birds must love you for that suet.

Here is a picture of my kitty illustrating her definitive guide to birding. The text on the back cover of Sibley's just cracked me up with this picture.

Pelle, Thanks for finding out about Marilyn and Dellrose. Gald they're ok.

I just want to add KC is only allowed outside with me and she has never ever caught a bird. The Quail are the bosses around here.. it is so funny to see 10 or more of them charge her & back her off.

Great pictures everyone! GG, those look like Goldfinches to me.

It's cold here today but sunny. About 17 degrees and windy, but the sun is shining. Freezing rain due tonight or tomorrow. I am SO ready for Spring! Here are a few from this morning. It was really colorful for awhile with Cardinals, Purple Finches, Goldfinches, Downy's, etc. Here is a Chickadee.

lol Rose, we've been busy haven't we?

Putnam County, IN(Zone 5b)

Sorry been gone all day! About the hummer pics, our summer regulars were not so generous in their sharing!! These were taking during the fall and were migrating birds so they were not as territorial!

We called this guy Ed because of the way he sat when perch, he reminded us of Ed Sullivan, with his shoulders hunched up. He was a tiny guy too! Not really doing it here, but this is Ed.

And GREAT pics everyone!!
