Anything Blooming? Part III

Gail,
Buckeye Cranberry Sparkler, Picasso and Mermaid's Kiss are beautifully shaped, the variegation is perfect on each one, and the blooms are held up nicely. You may have a winner. I would be so excited for you if one of your plants won a ribbon.

Thanks, Susan..............I am not making any decisions............just taking plants over..........the president will decide if I should enter or just sell these and many others............the pics never look good under the lights..............I am too lazy to find natural light.................

Jannich, what beautiful babies you have!
I truly don't think I could EVER miss the snow. I HATE it so much! I can't tell you how LOOOOONG winter is here.
If it wasn't for the kids............well..........I'd be anywhere I could garden year round!
I feel like a mole from December until April/May at least :( That's 6 months out of 12 :(

I just LOVE the colors on those kohlerias! Amazing. They just say "kiss me"

Here is what is blooming for me this week... It is my very first and my best AV... I love it... This came from Lin a while back but I can't believe it got it to bloom... I am thrilled with it.. The picture does not do it justice... The leaves have pinks in them just beautiful...

What a bunch of gorgeous blooms!! Amy that Tropical Nights is awesome.I am still waiting for my 1st Kohleria bloom! Of course you know I LOVE P.forrestii.Can't wait til mine blooms : )

Jannich,I love how dainty tamiana looks.So pretty : )

Kim,Your pic is so pretty of the snow..but I know what you mean about Bleh!! lol..I have had wayyy to long of a winter already.I couldn't imagine 6 months of it!

Susan,I adore that av.The leaves and bloom color are gorgeous!

Gail..Gail..Gail..How DO you do it?? You amaze me lady!Wow is about all I can say.You can bet if you put fancy pants and zapped on auction I will be there like a shot!

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

I am going to spend the next 6 months really devoting a lot of time to propagating streps. I have almost 100 new leaves down right now. These are leaves I don't have as plants at all. Plus I will start propagating all these you have seen and more.. I am a mad woman when it comes to growing.......nothing interferes with my growing.

Just for kicks I am going to go measure some leaves and I still can't figure out why they are so big.........the better to chop up in pieces to propagate even though they say that you get more babies with smaller leaves......i don't believe it.......especially if I strip the mid vein out of a portion of one.

Danville, VA(Zone 7a)

Nancy,
Nice to see you... Where have you been young lady??? I am just glad you are around to talk with us... I missed ya...
Hugs,
Susan
