Hey has anyone tried using them with seed soaking, or seedlings?

Yes. I'm sure you'll get responses here, but I suggest that you search the archives on the subject since it's come up many times before. There is a search box over to the right. You will find a variety of viewpoints on it.
For seeds I use little bit of it and some peroxide in water.
