They do, but my experience is that it takes a long time and may not be given immediate attention.

The more I thought about President Bush I think the policy was made (long ago) to only send to those 100 years of age or more. Rats!
I think that's true. I think you can also get one for 50 years marriage (I believe my grandparents got one). I'd say a medal of honor is in order for that.
I'd say a dead battery for a hearing aid would be a great gift.
They did get the president's card for their 50th.
Funny you say that, Pirl. My grandfather was mostly deaf and had a hearing aid!
It's common to men. Whether or not it's 100% true I don't know. Could always be that good old "selective hearing".
