CLOSED: Cabbage Looper or ?

Does anyone know what this is please. A cabbage looper was suggested but I am not sure.It is on a brug. Sorry the picture isn't too clear.

I'm not any help with ID'ing this one, but I'm sure I had the same one.
Here are a few pictures for clarity.
Unfortunately, I brought mine inside, and it dried out and died.
I will not bring any more inside in the future, as the air is too dry.

And here's the other side......
I believe this is a moth cocoon, as I can see the long proboscus from this angle, but I'm only guessing.
