Can someone tell me what kind of fritillary this is? Found on a white butterfly bush, in the first week of Sept. I live in Traverse City Mi. The white spots on the inside of the wings have me confused... Thanks for any information!!

I can't tell. Fritillaries can be really hard to ID... I'd guess Great Spangled Fritillary just from the odds. In case you haven't seen it, here's a list of Heliconiinae found in Michigan, about half-way down the page:

At least it will help you rule some out.
I agree with claypa, it's a Great Spangled.
