I don't have a picture, but could describe it and its peculiar damage. I've never seen this one before. It is small, black, abt. 4-5mm long. the tail curls up. It causes the terminal leaf to fold in half and become stiff. making it look kinda like a pea pod. It lays its eggs inside the folded leaf and hangs out there protecting it from insecticide and rain.
These Ficus are growing in an office setting, getting PLENTY of light. Front of building is all glass.
