Antoinette - It was first thing in the morning. This photo was taken back in the early Fall. It was a freak bloom on the Plum Shadows. And unfortunately, I didn't tag it. So someone got seeds from this bloom, but I have NO idea WHO!!! :-)

The big chess tournament was taking place at the Plaza in New York. After the first day's competition, many of the winners were sitting around in the foyer of the hotel talking about their matches and bragging about their wonderful play. After a few drinks they started getting louder and louder until finally, the desk clerk couldn't take any more and kicked them out.
The next morning the Manager called the clerk into his office and told him there had been many complaints about his being so rude to the hotel guests....instead of kicking them out, he should have just asked them to be less noisy.
The clerk responded, "I'm sorry, but if there's one thing I can't stand, it's chess nuts boasting in an open foyer."

"Well," says the dentist, "that's probably the problem. Hollandaise sauce is made with lots of lemon juice, which is highly corrosive. It's eaten away your upper plate. I'll make you a new plate, and this time use chrome."
"Why chrome?" asks the patient, to which the dentist replies, "It's simple. Everyone knows that there's no plate like chrome for the Hollandaise!"

Gerris2-that reminds me- A man was so in love with himself he made a clone. All was wonderful until the clone started doing obscene things. The man was distraught and he pushed his clone off a high cliff. When the police came they talked over what the man should be charged with-- Maybe not murder--Possibly making a obscene clone fall ?
