Urinary Tract problem incats

Hi all,
I have had male cats with the urinary tract problem before and can always tell by them not using the litter box.

My Smokey, I noticed, has been washing his privates a lot lately, so I got down and took a peek and saw a little drop of urine. Now, he's still using the litter box, so I am wondering if he could be incontinent? He's a fat, raccoon shaped cat, so maybe.

Any ideas, suggestions?
