Well I feel bad because I didn't even send in for seeds and someone sent my name in so whoever it was I want to thank them for the seeds :)

I got my seeds in the mail from Burt's today. I got two packets though, two of the times I tried must've worked :). I think I'll send them to my mom because she love birds and bees in her yard. Mine has the same mix as LeBug's. Postage and address right on the seed packet! Interesting. Anyone else get theirs yet?
Art, actually everyone in the other threads started about this have gotten 2-3 packages. Seems as though they are back to getting them out, but not in any particular order. I hope to get mine soon! :)
Lol, I just found the other thread --didn't realize there were two! Oops, I had just posted on the other a while ago and that is what I searched again for. Weird that they were sending multiples. Something in my brain tells me I signed my mom up too already, so if you don't get yours on Monday I'll send you my extra!
I agree though (from the other thread), Dger's could start their own version of this probably with more interesting seeds. Interesting thought...wish I had extra time on my hands.
I tried to sign up but they have run out of seeds...bummer. I'll just get some from the store that were listed earlier in this thread.

I finally got ONE package today! I wonder why some are getting 2-3, and very few are only getting one???
I only got one too. Perhaps when the website was up and down, folks tried several times to add their info and some of the info was duplicated or triplicated because of multiple entries?
Could be, but I had to try it twice to get mine to go through, so who knows.....
If Burt Bees has run out, I'm sure they will be packaging more. The package itself is an advertisement to explain the Colony Collapse Disorder, encourage people to plant for bees and of course sell their products. The seed packages are very simple to pen advertising that Banks and other businesses give away.
Why some people get 3 packs verses 2 packs or even just 1 pack is a mystery. If the Burt's Bees clerk is organized enough to view their request list against their inventory, it would seem everyone requesting one would get just one pack. I only filled out the request form one time and received 3 packs. Who knows?LOL
I got one, and I was surprised because I got an error message when I signed up. Fairly certain their site was having problems that created duplicate requests, etc.
I'm going to sound like a spokesperson for Burt's, but I can honestly say their products are my favorite, plus, I feel good about supporting a business based here in NC. :) Highly recommend their stuff to anyone. I was so happy to get the seeds.

I agree with you, Tropicanna. Their products are wonderful. And their conservation measures are admirable and worthy.

Cordele, I really am a giddy fan of theirs, I give their stuff away at Christmas and all. It's so reassuring to read a label and actually know what you're putting on.
My husband's hands are so much better after I bought Burt's Hand Salve. They were so rough I didn't want to touch them, and they would crack and bleed. OUCH!
Gee, Tropicanna...I only got one pack, too...Not that I would want more, I'm in quite deep enough already. I was sure that I wouldn't get any at all, though since I had the same problems with the form. Really strange. I'm glad I didn't go back in and try again!
I love their products, too. I like to include the baby products in with shower gifts. That baby bar soap is great. Yep, hadda try one for myself.

Well, I got errors each time I tried so I try again next week (error) then again the week after (error).. And so on until it finally went through. So when I got it, I go 7 packets.. Now, I'm giving out the extras to my neighbors, and hopefully teach them about the Colony Collapse Disorder.. Got to make good use of the extra packets some how.. :)
I just got my seeds also. Took approx. 6 weeks after I requested them. I had a LOT of bees when I had a big patch of different types of sunflowers 2 years ago. Last year I was amazed at all the butterflies, hummers and bees that were attracted to my newly flowering lilac bushes. Totally entertaining watching all of them, at one time, enjoying themselves right outside my window!

I only got the one pack, and no one else has let me know if they did or not. I know they didn't send any for DH either. Well, I can't say I only got one, cause someone on here sent me another pack! :)
Well like I said before I got 7 packets cuz I kept getting the error message saying to try back later. I was trying once a week til I got the message that they recieved my request.. As far as I knew, they never got my other request but that last one that went through. So I think their system was having some problems.. I ended up giving my extra packets with my neighbors here.. They were all estatic since we're in a new development and none of us have much of a garden..
I'm sure there's others in my situation cuz a lot of us was getting that error message. And, if they sent me 7 packets, I'm sure the other people that got the error messages also recieved muliple packets too..
