I have been chosen to collect and bag seeds for the spring fling we the master gardeners put on each year.
So any seeds you want to get rid of I would like to have. They will be given away to the public as they register at the desk.
Clean out last years and give them a new home to bless someone.
Ted

Hi, Ted. I'll be happy to send you some seeds, but most of mine might not suit your climate. Of course, OK gardeners might get a kick out of Alaskan collected seeds! Mine are already prepackaged with pictures and info.

Ted when is your deadline? I'm sure I could send a "few" *ahem* but I'm on a pretty short leash time-wise right now. And have you any preference....flowers, veggies, or both?
The Spring Fling is not until April. I needed to get ready for it in advance. Sooo still plenty of time. Gives me time to package and label all of them.
Flower, Veggies, trees what ever so their will be enough to let everyone coming in to get something.
I sent your seeds out today :)

Rebecca got your red hot poker seeds today. Thanks Ted
Ted-
Would you like purple liatris? Verbena bonariensis? These are good for butterflies.
Ted, I'll be happy to send you some of my excess seeds for your April event. Do you prefer that they be in simple glassine envelopes (marked of course with name, etc.) or would you like them to be prepackaged in decorative envelopes? I've just discovered how fun it is to make these from some of the free seed envelope sites.
Hi Ted-I can send you some seeds as well. Not sure what, but I know I have lots of certain things-Kath
Lazlo Got your box of yucca seeds today.
I owe you 4.80 Thanks a lot your effort and time. Ted
Rox yes I would take some.
Cape cod gardner plain glassine envelopes and thank you very much.
Kath yes and things are looking real good.
Ted, is there a "minimum" number of seeds that are acceptable in each packet? Do you want large numbers of seeds broken down into smaller packages of seeds? Or is it a matter of common sense, e.g., big huge easy-to-germinate seeds (pumpkins, squash, sunflowers, dwarf dahlias, etc.) can be fewer to a package than tiny little seeds?
I'm new to the seed-trading scene.
Common sense as required. LOL
Want them to go around and you know the public, If they want more they will take more.
Ted,
I just mailed you off a bubble mailer of 4 baggies of seeds.
IIRC i sent, Scarlet Milkweed, Blanket Flower, Grandpa Ott morning glories, and ..... OH cosmos.
should get them by mid-week.
Terese
