CLOSED: Spider ID 4 - Aranea?

I saw in some pictures similar spiders and they were Araneas. Wonder if this belongs to the Araneas. If so, which could be this?

This is the same spider in daylight. A big bug has been caught by the web and it has spun more silk around it to smother for later eating. And look at those flies probably visiting for a share of the victim.
