This looks like it does not do any webs. Has the look of a jumping spider. Anyone know what this could be? Its body was somewhat shiny.

This is indeed a jumping spider (family Salticidae), but I have no idea which species - it does have some resemblance to the genus Hasarius - see http://habitatnews.nus.edu.sg/guidebooks/spiders/pics/1116.jpg
