Seeds of the White Pine

When I go online they say that there are female white pines and male white pines. I am interested in where the seed comes from. And if anyone knows where we can buy the seeds from the eastern white pine. We have a large eastern white pine 80 to 90 feet high which produces large cones and is over 30 years old. Is there any seeds in the cones that we can use?
