It was very thin and slender. When I saw on PC, it was attractive! And having its meal. Which is this?

It's a Damselfy, maybe the Pygmy Dartlet, Hari has one posted on his site that looks similar:

Maybe Genus Ischnura, but I'm not finding anything on it.
