CLOSED: Another small white butterfly to be known

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

In flight, it looks absolutely wonderful with its white upperside wings. When it sat still, it was showing some dots on the wings' underside. Which is this beauty?

This is also a white butterfly. Beautiful to watch in flight. May be a different one from above. Which is this?

Just trying to bring up old threads as there are newer members who may be able to help and the older ones have now more experience! Thanks for any help.

The first butterfly definitely is in the family Lycaenidae; perhaps a pale example of Zizula gaika, known as the tiny grass blue - see http://tinyurl.com/yg6m2h8 - however, there are many other species in several genera that can have a roughly similar wing pattern.
I have no real thoughts on the second one.

Okay it opened. I am a bit confused now. See if the following images have any resemblance.

Are all four of these your images, Dinu, or did they come from some other source? Numbers 1 and 3 resemble Zizula gaika, but numbers 2 and 4 appear to be entirely different species.

1 and 3 look like Zizula gaika

They are all my own pictures... I don't post others' pictures 99.9%. If I do, I'll mention it. I try to be honest to that extent. They are all butterflies visiting my garden.

I'm agreeing to Zizula gaika. Line demarcations vary a bit but that is understandable because other factors play a role in its intensity.
