Congratulations, Gloria! The color is beautiful!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Gee Gloria when I scroll down the brug page, your brug show screams LOOK AT ME! What a great color!

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Thanks, glad all of you like it.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Is it too late to say yours is a show stopper, Hibiscus? Love it!!

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Gloria, Great color and good to get the Creamsickle genes of blooming instead of HG.

Hi Barbara, so good to see you back!

I too am so happy to get something that blooms easily and often in Ohio. Neither Creamsickle or HG were good ones for me.

Gloria, Thanks, I am enjoying getting back on line. Creamsickle is always a good bloomer here in MS. I found she is a pig for fertilizer. If I am consistant with the fertilizer, CS will bloom flush after flush. Possibly she likes the warmer weather. You have been making some great crosses!

Mc Call Creek, MS

Gloria, you have one spectacular flower there! I was one of the lucky ones to be able to get HG to bloom. When Flame gets "out there", I'll be at the front of the waiting line, though!

Congratulations!

Thank you Kay. I'll remember.

I wonder why your photos dont have a davesgarden copywrite on them Gloria?

BTW love the new cultivar and the name. It should be Gloria's Flame.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Thank you Delisa. Now you tell me! I LIKE Gloria's Flame.

There is someplace on here you can check if you don't want the watermark Daves' Garden on your photos. I checked it!

I got rid of my HG, also - never bloomed for me in 5 years. Your brug is very unique and lovely.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Thank you, glad you like it!

Livermore, CA(Zone 9a)

I keep coming back to take another look at this one. Gloria it sure is a beauty !

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Thank you. Think it's a keeper?

Livermore, CA(Zone 9a)

If it were mine, I would want to be keeping it.

Muskegon, MI(Zone 5a)

Gloria, I live in zone5/6 and HG was not a good one here...I had it for 3 years with not much growth and never a bloom..it went to compost heaven..Creamsickle has been a good one here with it even blooming in my breezeway..I guess its just the right spot to put it and have it produce...your flame is awesome and you are so lucky to have gotten such a wonderful color in the bloom...Judy

Lodi, CA(Zone 9b)

Same here! I'd keep it for sure... and not just cause I'm a head over heels newbie.. LOL I think it has some major potential....

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)
