Ok, so does everyone like a certain kind of candle from one company? I go crazy for Village Candle - Carrot Cake. Ugh, it smells so good, and you can almost smell the hint of cream cheese frosting. Yummy!

Well, I love candles! I used to really like the ones from CandleLite (the home parties) but they don't have the scent like they used to. Lately I have been getting Yankee Candle (from Hallmark) and Colonial (I think from Meijer).I burn candles every day. We both smoke (I know I need to quit, but it won't happen while I'm cooped up for the winter)and the candles neutralize it.

I will have to try the carrot cake, my grandma used to bake carrot cakes for everyone at christmas! I've tried but they aren't as good! Julie

I looove candles too. Usually have tapers going at night in the windows. Pillars, I don't have a particular brand I buy as long as they're affordable ie, I refuse to pay $7 to $15 for small 3 incher, and it smells like lavender or st johns wort or mint -- it has a home with me!

To me there is nothing better than Yankee, the cost a bit more than most but in my opinion the scent is stronger than most as well. Mid Summer's Night and Mountain Lake. Burn candles almost every day, at least when I'm home long enough, lol.

I love Yankees, and Prairie (made in Oklahoma), but have to say I'm partial to Colonial Candles of Cape Cod (Partylite) as I sell them. My favorite continues to be Spiced Plum and Bayberry........ummmmmmmm Rain, Gardenia, Spiced Vanilla. I just love candles. Burn them all evening long, votives and tapers, 3 wicks, pillars; you name it - it's burning at my house! It is one of my passions (along with gardening and reading); and selling them gives me a little "mad money" for the things I just have to have for the garden/house! I absolutely loathe candles that don't burn completely......so I will pay a little more cause there's no waste.

candles and liquid potpourri-I try to simmer a small kettle of liquid scents on the stovetop everyday-this week is spicy berries-smell yummy!
I luv candles too-Yankee and home interior candles are my favorite, my sons luv gel candles-and i use the jars for lots of thingz when they are done, you can peel the gel right out of the cups!
