Don't quote me wrong these are NOT growing on the same vine. This is just to encourage you all to think more about colours, shapes and sizes when you grow next year. I am planning to grow this purpurea with the Kenaki...

Hi, Martin--Very nice colour combination! One of my favorites-- I love gold and (would you call that) purple flower combinations in the garden.

Last year we had a couple of very interesting threads going showing off different color combinations and 'color echoes' (a la Pamela Harper's books) in the garden. Lots of good ideas and I learned a lot from them...

Would love to see how others use MGs in a garden setting, too.
