small, 1/2" x less than an 1" long. Less than 1/2" tall

Really! I thought the mantis ones were much bigger. I wonder what the big ones that I always see on my azaleas are then. They are about the size of 4 of these put together. Same consistency though.

Ok, I googled and the ones that I usually see are also mantis. I didnt realize there were so many diff. kinds of mantis. Thanks for the ID, I better go put it back outside before I have them all over the house.
