Watched this guy for a while today. Mostly black with some red on it.

Yellow-collared Scape Moth (Cisseps fulvicollis)

I agree. At first I thought it was a Grape-leaf Skeletonizer(Harrisina americana), then I noticed the yellow edging on the wings, which H. americana doesn't have.
