Harmonia axyridis. And if it is so then I have far more Harlequin ladybirds than the native ones as I had already some others ID as the harlequin earlier in the year!
Both I found in my garden last spring;

CLOSED: I think these are both harlequin ladybirds...
They all look like variants of the Harlequin Ladybird to me, they have the fused 'M' on the pronotum.
I found my first Harlequin this September, I have just sent a record and pics to the Harlequin survey here.
