I think what you have there is a type of dilution/variation of
Fuji no Murasaki

in that the purple that is usually the basic background color is not showing the reddish-purple pigment and so you have blue...although dilutions usually start by a lightening of the throat area with the diluted coloring proceeding outward...

They look just like my Mt. Fuji
I would send a photo if my camera worked. My Fuji are commercial and the bloom is identical.
