I'm considering either Thuja occidentalis 'techny' or Viburnum dentatum for a screen to block the adjacent parking lot. How do these hold up with exposure to rock salt?

Thuja is fairly sensitive, but I'd not think it would be a major problem on a parking lot; salt damage is usually only bad beside major roads where fast-moving heavy trucks throw up a lot of spray.
