The Pavilion and picnic area rental
Hot dos for 64 people
Hamburgers for 64 people
Buns for the hamburgers and hot dogs
Potato salad for 64 people
Sliced cheese for 64 people

Frostweed will bring; plates, cups, napkins, silverware for 64, also Ice.
( I need two more people that live close by to bring Ice too )
Collincountytx will bring; Charcoal, cooking utensils, 2 large aluminum pans for the meat.
Sheila will bring; Catsup and Relish for 64 people.
Broncbuster will bring; Mayonaise and mustard for 64 people
Mamajack will bring; Shredded lettuce and onions for 64 people, and also candy.
Charlene will bring; Banana pudding, and sugar free dessert, regular size, not for 64.
Pbtxlady will bring; Chocolate brownies, and Fruit tray, and Ice.
Banana18 will bring Veggie tray and dip.
Earthling will bring cookies or cupcakes and watermelon.
TARogers will bring Ice.
Smockette will bring something sweet.
Looney1 will bring a mystery non dessert.
Debness-dfw-tx will bring homemade cake and hot sauce.
Blue-eyes will bring a Dessert.
Melvatoo----Cake, chips and Ice.
Sweezel---- Salad, Chips and Dip.
City-Sylvia----one side dish and one sweet.
Mitch --- Corn Chips.
Everybody brings their own drinks, no alcohol is allowed by the Park.
We need people to bring; Ice, Chips, Dip, Veggies, Cookies, simple Desserts,
so you guys can volunteer and I will update the list.
Also some might want to bring candy for the kids.

i am not much on figuring out how much food FOR SIXTY FOUR people. lol. so someone tell me would that translate to 2 or 3 heads of lettuce? and would that be 4-5 med. onions? i will cut some for hotdogs and some for hamburgers.

I'm just back from vacation -- is there something that needs bringing? I'm not a cook but I can certainly bring chips or veggies or relish or something yummy from Central Market.
