does this seed ? and how do you find and collect them? i tried to rooting clippings but it did not work, any suggestion on all the above is greatly appreciated.

dragonflydreams, although I've never tried to propagate from cuttings, there's some info on the comments here http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/506/ Supposedly cuttings will easily root in water and would be much faster than starting them from seeds.
