I saw what looked like a wasp that was dark blue with white spots all over, and an orange tip on its stinger. Although, i wouldnt call it a stinger, it was thick and rounded almost like a dragonfly but it had a short end and wings that fluttered quickly and larger than those of a wasp. Any ideas? I've searched online and couldnt seem to find anything comparable.
