How to divide a huge Spath?

Sheridan, AR(Zone 8a)

I just got my dirty little hands on one of Home Depots finest. I didn't have the money to spare but had to get one anyway. (love it) fortunately the guy who checked me out that day didn't care about the $20.00 price tag and DIDN'T CHARGE ME!

So, I now have a huge plant to deal with (finding space inside for winter) I will have to divide it before winter gets here, my problem is I have not found any good information on these breeds of Spaths.

I have to assume they should be treated like a regular spathiphyllum but don't know that for sure. can anyone help with some answers? Again I have to assume their are loads of these big Spaths out their as I have seen SO MANY of them at Home Depot one day and gone the next.

Also I have no idea witch breed it is for sure, one breed has only two spadix's at one time, (not mine) I have three and at lease one more before I walked out of the store like a thief with plant in tow.

Thanks for taking the time to read, any help would be great. Thanks

p.s. The few yellowing leafs were their when I bought it (kind a sort of ;-)

To answer my own question CAUSE no one else would. I trimmed the root ball and left it in the same pot till I could deal w/ it later and it did fine. Anyone who was wondering YES treat large Spath breeds just like any regular Spath.

hi.........
does the root ball hae lots of leaf attatchments? if so you could just divide them i would think.
