Gosh Cat, your place is really nice. I love the way you have made the mulched beds to set pots on. It looks so neat and clean.

I have many more areas, but didn't want to bore you to sleep, lol

More??? We're not bored, at ALL! Look at all those pots! Cat, you live in FL.... will they go in the ground? THANK YOU! Now, I can buy as many as I want, cause I will never have as many as you do! Your "new" place is just lovely! There is so much to do when buying a new home. I've lived in my house for 18 years, and there are STILL a few things I "haven't gotten around to" yet! lol What fun you must be having! Tuni looks proud to watch over your pretties!

What a fun time I have had getting the garden tour at your home, Cat. I was sad when the last picture came up, so if there's more, please show us. Your pots and plants are wonderful...expecially like the alternating pots with Robert's babies. And the round ones in the back area. But most of all, I like Tuni...so strong looking with such a lovable face. Handsome.

Absolutely Beautiful Cat!!!

Hi Aunt B,
I didn't know if you saw the pics I posted in July, when my backyard was flooded from all the rain, but this is the reason everything was transplanted from ground back to pots.

I lost 9 huge, healthy garden varieties, that literally drowned to death, and all the hibs in the round pots closeup were severely suffering from root rot, among other horrible things. When I dug my hibs out of the ground, in this particular spot, the odor was enough to make me gag!

This is the reason all my hibs are in pots, except for one safe area they can grow in the ground. Hopefully, when I get my income tax refund, I will be able to afford to put a drainage system in, but for now, pots with stone underneath them, works really well :)

This was the side and back of the house, which I now call hibiscus row, lol! But it wasn't funny then. My entire back yard was either a swamp or mud slush.

Anyway, on a happier note, here's 3 more pics.

The side of my patio. I have to confess that these particlar plants came with my house. If I had to guess, I would say they are between 12 and 15 years old.

And, this is the front entranceway, just before you enter the door.

My front yard is loaded with patriotic bird houses, flag and signs, as well as stone cats :)

I am a huge chimes lover, so in both front and back yards, there are lots of chimes, birdhouses, bird feeders and hummingbird feeders. Now, if I would only see a hummingbird :)

Cat, all the hummers are at my house and they are not too smart either. They keep trying to find nectar in my hibbies and they are beating the petals to pieces while they look for something good to eat.

Your home and garden are lovely and will be a sight to see when those hibiscus all grow up. I did see one problem however - there was grass in your yard. Cat, cat, get rid of that evil stuff and put in about 280 more hibiscus. :-))))

What!!! None on the roof? :-)
My my...all that wasted space...

The fourth picture down, I love those pots.

Your whole yard is gorgeous, I really like the screened in porch. It would be so nice to set in there and watch the flowers and the grass grow.

This week-end our humming bird feeder had gone dry. We had 5 hummers coming in at once wanting to feed, it didn't take me long to get the feeder filled back up. It seems like they wait until the water gets warm before they start to feed, so this time I made it with luke warm water, and they were feeding the minute it was hung, they didn't even wait for me to move. They really love my hibiscus. They give them a work out every day.

Wow Cat, your yard is just GORGEOUS!!!

I can tell how much work and love you have put into it :-)
