The leaves on this are pretty large. Found it about 1 mile from my house in a field of cotton.. Can you believe I spotted it from the Hiwy..?? The flowers looked dark blue/purple when I saw it at about 11:00 AM and I pulled out three plants at 4:00 PM and all the flowers were closed, and have them soaking in superthrive/water.. they perked right up. There is even a bud on it, so hopefully it will bloom in the morning.

Bud.. this one is ready to bloom tomorrow, if it is anything special, I can go back and get seeds this week.
Looks like Ipomoea hederacea to me...

Alrighty, got the first flower, it did not open all the way..
Now, this is the second flower..
The one to the Left hand side is Ron's Hederacea med-blue and the one on the Right hand side is the one from the field.. a little bit darker.. Well, I drove by there a couple of hours ago and they had plowed all those MGs under.. but, I have those plants, so maybe they will take.
