Show of Pride for the NE Forum - Continued

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

We should do a calender but mix up all the dates.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Yes, then we could have June in January and skip today's date.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

My shirts should be here Fri, according to the tracking.

Upper Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 5a)

My shirts are going to be in on Thursday.
I make my own calendar every year. I have my own software to make them and then take it to Staples to be spiral bound. This past year I used an appropriate pic (such as flowers, seasons, holidays) for the month that I took the previous year. I made one for DD#2 of what was going on in their lives the previous year - the birth and growth of Colin. I think Staples will make the calendar for you and I know companies like Shutterfly.com do it also - you just need to have the pics. Sorry for rambling but thought someone might be able to use the info. Eleanor

Springfield, MA(Zone 6a)

My shirt arrived! It's great!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow that was fast - I think I ordered before you! Take a photo of it and post it!

Springfield, MA(Zone 6a)

Okay - but for everyone's sake, I won't be wearing it :-)

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

you should wear it!!!!!

I ordered before you too... mine is not at home yet!!!!

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Victor, I have ancestry that came over on the Mayflower too. Nyeah.

I am waiting to order my NE Forum tee until I get more funds in my account. Hope I can still get one before we meet at Logee's.

Great great.....great Uncle Charlie walked over from Asia. He was good at keeping his Bering Strait.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Poor Victor. He's lost his mind and doesn't know where to find it.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

You got that right pirl. No wonder he's related to Uncle Charlie. Nutzo.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

But a very nice, fun nutzo.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

Uncle Charlie? - are you Rob,Chip or Ernie?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Uncle Charlie was my favorite on that show.

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

Some of my family came over to fight the Mayflower people and liked it so much they just stayed when the boat went back to Europe!

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

It really was the first reality TV show.

Hey Yankee, I stumbled on to your blog the other day - I had forgotton your name - ironic isn't it?

I'm estimating we;ll be hitting post number 4 million about week from now - give or take 1/2 to 1 day. Let's keep an eye on it and come up with a plan of attack as we get closer.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

No problem dude. I feel pretty good about the 316,429 posts I have made - at least 107 of them were infomative ;)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Can you actually check how many posts you've made??

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Victor - go to MY INFO

ACTIONS

Fourth one down

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Okay thanks. Weird though - says some of my posts were made at 2 or 3 AM this morning! I was sound asleep. Does it give an actual total somewhere or do you just multiply the number of pages by the number of posts per page?

Upper Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 5a)

Now victor is posting in his sleep. I think I'm picking on you tonight. Not much longer though cause I've been up since 3:30 and I'm going to bed. One of these mornings I hope to sleep in until 6:00am!! Eleanor

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

The top line shows " 1 2 3 4 5...........823" for mine so I'd guess I've only made 823 posts: seems like more to me.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Goodnight Eleanor. Sleep well while Victor posts.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

I know it's difficult, but you have to do the math.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Thanks, Harper. So it's 823 times the number per page? Yikes.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

It's okay, pirl. I know ALL your posts are informative!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I only have 339 pages but I question the credibility of this. To boot, my last post on the bulbs thread is shown as 12:16 AM. I guess that can explain the others. Dave's clock is four hours ahead!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

I doubt it, Harper!

Victor - I've noticed times when I know I was sound asleep on my list of posts, too.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

DG time!

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Yeah, you can see the posts we're making now are coming up 4 hours ahead.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Back to the future!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Time machine! Can we get Lotto numbers this way?

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Wasn't there a Hitchcock TV show about the man who got the newspaper a day ahead and would bet on horses and win and then one day he read his own obituary?

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Sounds like Twilight Zone

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

So maybe the 4 millionth post already happened.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Maybe we're no longer here and just don't know it. Perhaps we don't exist. Yipee! No more cooking, cleaning, doing wash, ironing!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Gardening?

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Even if I didn't exist I'd still like to garden.
