CLOSED: What is this thing crawling on my hibiscus?!

Alvin, TX(Zone 9a)

This was crawling around all over my hibiscus leave this morning. There were actually 2 of them, identical in size, shape, color, etc. They have wings on their backs which they used to help them "jump" from leaf to leaf. Help? SHould I be worried about my hibiscus?
