what seeds are you starting now?

I planted some Texas Star and perennial hibiscus seeds last year around this time for the fun of it. I kept them in the greenhouse over the winter, and I thought they had died. However, in the spring they came back and grew twice as fast as the seeds I planted in the spring. I am thinking with our mild climate and the use of my greenhouse, which doesn't get below 38-40F, that I could do this with more seeds. Any suggestions?

I would think poppies and members of the pea family would be good--anything that likes it cool. I just started some seeds, but mine are going to be growing in the basement for the winter so I can get an early start in the spring. I started a pink variety of Papaver radicatum, Hyoscyamus aureus, Geranium phaeum, Lactuca virosa (I think these seeds are too old), and a bunch of mandrakes.
